Iowa City restaurant named one of the best in the region for 2026
Midwest Living named Paper Crane in its list the Best of the Midwest annual awards.
Nestled in the historic Brewery Square, in Iowa City’s North Side, Paper Crane was opened in 2024 by Sam and Riene Gelman, owners of award winning Iowa City restaurant The Webster.
The restaurant fuses the essence of Japanese ramen with the elegance of 1930’s Japan in a modern interpretation of space and the dining experience.
