This was my second stay here, and it was even better the secondtime around. The staff is friendly the entire hotel and rooms are lovely and very clean. The bar is well stocked, and the kitchen makes great meals. Indoor pool was a bit cold but fun nonetheless. My Husband and I look forward to our stay In the spring.

Great new hotel in Hawkeye Heaven. Location is very near Kinnick Stadium and U of I Hospitals. Staff was excellent, very hospitable, and they offer shuttle service to the hospital. There is no free breakfast, or even coffee, but available for purchase-hence the 4 stars only.

I was in a tow truck towing a car out of the basement garage the maintenance guys were extremely helpful and it looks like they do a really good job the place is really neat and clean and well taken care of they have awesome staff there

I have never received the level of customer service from an ENTIRE staff. From the front desk to the janitorial staff, they all were amazing. They were friendly, patient, accommodating and informative beyond what they needed to be. I needed to accommodate some family members with very specific request and they did them with ease. They helped family members with some new fishing spots. Made sure the rooms were pristine. Heck even before the stay the lead Maya took time to meet with me and address some questions/concerns. They made my family's stay much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them and my family will surely be back for future stays.
