Have you ever wanted to make your own candle?
Well you are in the right spot!
Sign up for the Candle Pour Bar class and you will be supplied with the knowledge and equipment to create a custom 9oz candle. During the experience you will choose the container from a wide variety of jar colors, blend your own fragrance from over 30 oils, and will name your unique blend to take home and enjoy. To finish you can type up a custom label on our 1950s typewriter, and practice trimming the candle wick.
We are so excited to be hosting Candle Pour Bar in our studio space in West Branch, Iowa! With a focus on fostering community through our creativity, this space is dedicated to providing workshops that allow you to learn a new artistic skill while having fun. This is a great activity to bring friends to or come to make some new friends!
Event will take approximately 2 hours. Please feel free to come about 5 minutes early to settle in. We are located in the old Opera House, next to Elements Salon. You are welcome to bring in something to sip on or snack on, and the local eateries on Main Street West Branch are wonderful choices to grab a bite to eat. The class will start at the listed time and pouring will take about 60 minutes. During the hour time frame candles are curing, we invite guests to socialize and relax in our space. You are also welcome to stroll Main Street and visit the open shops, as West Branch has some of the cutest places.
