Yesterday my husband and I went to the Consumer Cellular area at the Target in the Coralville mall to add me to my husband's account and to switch my phone from Tracphone. We couldn't do this in the Quad Cities because no one is working at either Target. We were helped by an associate named Blaine. He spent two and a half hours helping us. His customer service abilities were phenomenal. He was helpful, patient and kind. We were so thankful for his help!

I frequent this place more recently in the past few months than ever before. I have never had a bad experience here. Even when it is busy. Every time I go through self check out the employees namely one very attentive and friendly employee is on top of his game. A few weeks ago I went in and the cashier was closing her lane and a manager came straight over and took me to a new lane a promptly checked me out. A few days ago I went in and the line for customer service was super long but I could see the employees behind the counter were working really hard and they even had an employee communicating with the employees in line to see what it was they were going to need and the line moved along very quickly. I went to Starbucks there the same day and there was the sweet young lady behind the counter by herself and she was in top of her game too. She had a system in place and was moving and grooving. She would take 2 orders at a time and make them then cashier and so on and so forth and she kept the like 5-10 people at a time moving. The service here out ways anywhere else you go in the area even when it’s busy I’d rather go here because you can tell the employees are treated well and enjoy their jobs.
