Updated review: 2021 I am still obsessed with Scratch and wouldn't go anywhere else for cupcakes in the Iowa City area but I did have a little mix up that thought may be helpful for someone else. I ordered mini cupcakes for my wedding. I believe there are a few filled cupcakes that they do not fill as minis. When I ordered I acknowledged that they would not come filled, just thought the flavors sounded good even without the filling. When they delivered them at the wedding they were full size. I imagine this was because the person baking them saw cupcakes that are generally filled when made so made the regular size. It was a bit of a bummer because the dessert bar was a few different mini things. It didn't ruin things by any means, but I suggest confirming the day before or asking them to write mini in bold on the order form just to be double sure! We froze the extras and they are still divine! 2017: Love every flavor! There are so many to choose from so its hard to pick just one!

Ordering took some time because whoever I spoke to did not have any knowledge of how to take an order. She had to put me on hold after every question to ask someone else the answer. Even though my cupcakes arrived dumped all over the box they were still delicious so overall it is a nice place to get cupcakes from plus they offer a large variety of flavors and like I stated, they are delicious!
