Went in for a tux rental and immediately an employee (did not catch her name but she was Asian with long black hair and glasses) was incredibly rude. The whole time we were there she made snarky comments and was disrespectful to both customers and other employees. Akrum was helping us today and was very kind and extremely respectful. We really appreciated how helpful he was. Great employee!

Dani was so helpful! She worked with us until everything was absolutely perfect with our mensware for our wedding. She was so personable and great working with us even though shortages and shipping delays due to the pandemic. I can tell she truly cares about her customers and making mensware look perfect!
