Heart to heart is AMAZING! They were just so kind and treated everyone I brought as a friend. They kept bringing me new dresses and listened to my likes/dislikes. When I finally found " the one" they hyped me up just like my friends were! So so sweet! Words can't describe how great Heart to Heart is- the atmosphere, the people, just everything! They made this bride-to-be feel so special! You want to find your dress here, you'll have the best memories!

Rochelle and the girls at Heart to Heart have been INCREDIBLE on my LONG journey to finding the right dress! As a plus sized bride, I was not optimistic about what I could find that would make me feel great and be in a price range I could afford/feel good about. My first visit started out with a budget under $1000 and 18 months before the wedding. I was blown away by the options they presented me with but as an indecisive person with FOMO and plenty of time, I let them know I planned to visit several other shops locally and out of state. The girls at Heart to Heart let me come in no less than 5 times (possibly more) before I found a dress I could really commit to. Each time with new criteria and a slightly bigger budget, they were willing to take the time with me, at my pace, to stair step my way up to the dress and $1500 budget I ultimately chose. Rochelle, Shelby, Kiley, and Liv all made me feel cheered on, listened to, and supported and were never finicky about me looking at other shops. Ultimately their ability to show me a variety of looks (of my choosing and theirs), honest opinions on what worked on my body shape, willingness to respect my budget and ever-changing mind, and fun personalities turned a 6 month long dress search into a successful journey with several new friends. This team has so much heart and truly goes above and beyond.

Such a beautiful selection of dresses and the ladies here are wonderful to work with. This bridal store is the store that owns the runway at all the local bridal runway shows! Highly recommend!
