I've been to a lot of game stops, but this specific one had great customer service! Most game stops I've been to is workers just slacking off but they took their time to ask if I needed anything specifically or if I had any questions, even had small talk after they had just helped out customers before me. Highly recommend coming here for gaming needs

I had a great experience and a wonderful time being there. The gentleman that was working there was very kind and honest. When I left I forgot my GameStop card and he took the time to call me right back right away to let me know that I left it there. That was a great experience that I had at GameStop today and I'm hoping to come back down to Iowa City a lot more on my travels
