Love this studio and the energy that it has. They started offering a free (donation based) class on Wednesdays 7-8:30pm. The class is an hour long vinyasa class followed by a 30 minute support group / discussion. The class is taught by a certified yoga instructor that's also a therapist. It's an incredible class!! Give this place a try! You won't regret it. :)

I LOVE the classes and atmosphere at this studio. It’s great. But, there have been at least 3 times that I’ve gotten to the studio for class and the studio is closed. No posting on Facebook, no alert, just closed. The most recent was this Saturday. It’s frustrating because I love this studio! But this issue has been ongoing.

new studio downtown Iowa City!! great for drop in classes if you're here visiting (mat rentals available) or for memberships. fantastic instructors who are always excited to help your learn and grow in your practice and answer any questions you have. beautiful space, great retail selections for men, women (maternity options too!).
