Housekeeping needs to work on room presentation. When we got to the room the bed only had sheets with no cover. Went to use the bathroom to find the toilet stopped up toilet paper and overflowed and flooded when flushed. The clerk at the desk informed us that maintenance wouldn't be back until Sunday which was the day we were checking out. She also informed us that the manager stated she could give us $15 off our booking. We had to plunge the toilet ourselves to get the clog out. We booked the room with a fireplace and a jacuzzi. The fireplace didn't work and the jacuzzi hot water didn't get very hot. Also under the bed was a pair of dirty mens underwear that had been left by a previous guest. After speaking with the Assistant Manager the next day she was able to drop the room rate a little lower than $15 off. I did however have to make them have the housekeeping go back and clean up dead bugs that had been missed when cleaning previously.
