Free dance lesson and live music
Join us at Old Brick for an evening of dancing and live jazz by our favorite local swing band—the Dandelion Stompers. This event is free and open to UI students and the community, presented by the University of Iowa Social Dance Club and Hawkeye Ballroom Dance Company in partnership with the Iowa City Swing Dance community club. All are welcome!
7 p.m. Beginner-friendly dance lesson by Iowa City Swing Dance
8–10 p.m. Live music by the Dandelion Stompers

No partner or experience needed—all levels welcome. Come solo or bring friends. Slip-sole shoes are recommended but not required.
