This retreat day is offered with Faith UCC Artist-in-Residence, Paul Witmer. Paul is a pastor and spiritual director with years of experience in teaching meditation and contemplative practices to people in recovery and/or survivors of trauma. Noelle Haverhals will lead us in a time of gentle yoga.
