About the event
Each Long Project check-in opens with a quick writing exercise to help you frame, or re-frame your project; or to articulate roadblocks. Most of the session consists of a round-robin style discussion in which participants may talk about their process, ask for, and receive feedback from the group. At the end of the session we set a writing related goal we would like to achieve before the next months session. Sessions are led by PorchLight’s experienced writing teachers. The purpose of these meetings is to talk process, to trouble shoot problems, to find light accountability and to make connections with other writers.
