Leap for the Arts / PS1 Art Auction Opening Preview

Our planet takes approximately 365.25 days to orbit the sun once. It’s that extra quarter of a day that creates the need for a leap day every four years. This leap day, consider using your “extra” time to celebrate the arts. We invite artists and arts enthusiasts of all ages, levels of ability, and experience to join us for an art-centered “speed-friending” event at Public Space One. Make new friends while viewing the art auction items on display at PS1 and discussing your own creative projects and shared love for the arts. Think speed-dating–but for art! (NOTE: for the more inward-facing folks, there will be an alternate (less social!) activity involving future messages/mail!)
Who: Art makers and art lovers of all ages.
What: An art-centered “speed-friending” event.
