Incentive Details:
Public and Non-Profit Clients: Eligible for University pricing on their next event, as long as the event is scheduled and booked in 2025 (contract signed and deposit collected). The actual event can take place in 2026. Does not apply to recurring events (i.e., Iowa City Home Builders Association Meeting, Cottingham & Butler Seminar, etc.)
University Clients: Eligible for a discounted hourly rate on each space, ranging from approximately 13.5% to 16%, on their next event, as long as the event is scheduled and booked in 2025 (contract signed and deposit collected). The actual event can take place in 2026. Does not apply to recurring events (i.e., President’s Holiday Party, OnIowa! Watch Party, UI Pediatric Dentistry Reception, etc.)
