Harvest Preserve Founder’s Day

Join us on November 1 for an afternoon of art, nature, and exercise in memory of Doug Paul, founder of Harvest Preserve. Harvest Preserve is situated in the northeast corner of Iowa City and includes 100 acres of lovely, rolling Iowa landscape. Harvest Preserve Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring and maintaining native Iowa prairie and woodlands, preserving healthy aquaculture and cultivating public awareness, appreciation and participation. The Preserve is a place to feel welcome, embraced, and open-hearted, and to indulge in the awe and wonder of nature.
Founder’s Day is completely free and open to the public, so please bring your friends and family to enjoy Iowa’s scenic beauty. Light refreshments provided; limited parking available on site.
Activities:
1:15 p.m. – Yoga at the Stone Circle
2 p.m. – Art tour
3 p.m. – Altars and Rituals Hike
