Coralville Coffee Shop Offers Tour Emergency Vehicles, Meet & Greet with Local Heroes, Swag and More
WHAT: Join Dunn Brothers Coffee in Coralville for a morning of community spirit, safety education and coffee! The neighborhood coffee destination is hosting a Safety & Sips event on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
This free event is an opportunity for families to engage with their community’s first responders and gear up for a safe start to the school year. Come for the coffee, stay for the connections and leave with a stronger sense of community and safety awareness. Event activities and programming include:
• Emergency Vehicle Tours and On-Site First Responders:
o Local fire department engines
o Local police squad cars
o Meet-and-greets with first responders
• Interactive Activities:
o Kids can explore the vehicles and learn about safety from local heroes
o Stickers and swag items will be available for participants
• Special Offers:
o Enjoy exclusive drink specials inside Dunn Brothers Coffee
o Free entry and free samples
