Interested in volunteering?
Sign up to volunteer at Donation Drive-Thru! Two volunteer shifts are available, and volunteers can sign up for one or both shifts: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., 1:45 to 4:15 p.m. Volunteer duties may include unloading items from donor vehicles, carrying or moving items to different stations at the event, item sorting, and traffic control.
Required liability waivers and event orientation will be provided at the start of each volunteer shift. Please email [email protected] if accommodations are needed.
Donation items must be clean, in good working order, and in good condition (meaning no rips, tears, stains, pet hair, food residue, damage, etc.). Recycling options are available at this event for past use batteries, light bulbs, books, and mattresses.
This event is meant to support reuse of quality, gently-used items and the accepted items list has been developed based on identified material categories needed by our non-profit partners.
Donations at the Donation Drive-Thru event are provided directly to local non-profit partner organizations that put the donations to immediate good use within our community while keeping quality items out of the landfill.
The 2026 event partner organizations include: Antelope Lending Library, Crowded Closet, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Houses into Homes, and Table to Table.
