We are thrilled to welcome Christine Brennan back to Sidekick Coffee & Books for the paperback launch of On Her Game — and this time she’s joined by a very special guest: former Iowa Hawkeye women’s basketball standout Sydney Affolter.
Join us for an inspiring afternoon celebrating women’s sports, powerful storytelling, and the continued momentum behind the rise of women’s athletics. Christine Brennan, one of the nation’s most respected sports journalists, will be in conversation with Sydney Affolter about the themes of On Her Game, the evolution of women’s sports, and what it’s like to compete at the highest levels of college athletics.
Expect a lively discussion, great company, and plenty of Hawkeye pride.
