Chef Cody with Watermill Kitchen + Bar and the Johnson County Historical Society are bringing you a taste of the past, with tableside food presentations, stories of Old Man’s Creek, and classic dishes from the 1800s era in Iowa City.

Warm brown bread, apple–cherry preserve (winter-stored apples, preserved cherries), cultured butter
