Have you ever wanted to make your own candle? Well you are in the right spot!
Sign up for the Candle Pour Bar class and you will be supplied with the knowledge and equipment to create a custom 9oz candle. During the experience you will choose the container from a wide variety of jar colors, blend your own fragrance from over 40 oils, and will name your unique blend to take home and enjoy. To finish you can type up a custom label on our Royal typewriter, and practice trimming the candle wick.
Folks come from near and far to spend an afternoon creating. Consider this your creative destination, meet up with friends for a fun gathering together. The event will take approximately 2 hours. Please feel free to come about 5 minutes early to settle in. We are located in the old Opera House, next to Elements Salon in West Branch, IA. You are welcome to bring in something to sip on or snack on, and the local eateries on Main Street West Branch are wonderful choices to grab a bite to eat.
The class will start at the listed time and candle pouring will take about 60 minutes. During the hour time frame candles are curing, we invite guests to socialize and relax in our space. You are also welcome to stroll Main Street and visit the open shop. Located just 10 minutes east of Iowa City, West Branch is a hidden gem of a town. We can’t wait to welcome you!
