Amana Colonies Wurst Festival Kick-off Party
June 13 @ 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Start the party at the Market Barn with drinks, brats from the Amana Meat Shop, and tunes from 5:00 – 6:00 pm. The “Wurst Friday” competition including five British-style brass bands from the Midwest will compete by performing two marches each from 6:00 – 7:30 p. Bands rotate to play at two other locations. After the last performance, join the bands in the Festhalle Barn for awards and camaraderie. Free admission on Friday!
In the event of rain, all brass band performances occur in th Festhalle Barn.
Don’t forget to return on Saturday for the main event from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm at the Market Barn.
