We would like to welcome the public to this free, all-ages event highlighting the farm’s history, local food production, nature, and the launch of our commercial kitchen. Attendees are invited to explore innovative sustainable farming practices, get a bite to eat, connect with community, and learn about the many community projects and partnerships at the farm. The event will feature informational booths from onsite partners, food vendors, kids activities, and hands-on cover crop and farm equipment exploration. Drop in whenever you’d like!
The Historic Poor Farm site has free parking with accessible and van-accessible parking spaces. The site also has accessible buildings and paths, accessible bathrooms, an adult changing table, and a sensory-friendly respite room.
