2026 Parade of Homes

The Iowa City Parade of Homes is a community showcase event hosted by the Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association, featuring a tour of newly built and remodeled homes across the Iowa City area. The event highlights local craftsmanship, design trends, and residential innovation, giving attendees the opportunity to walk through a variety of homes and see what area builders and remodelers are creating.
The 2026 Parade of Homes runs June 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 14. Home tours are open Saturdays from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sundays from 12:00–5:00 PM, and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30–8:30 PM. It’s a flexible, self-guided event that makes it easy to explore at your own pace, gather inspiration, and connect with local builders in the Iowa City area.
