Join our restaurant manager, Jess Marallo, to learn the prohibition history of the famous classic brandy cocktail, the Sidecar. You will get the chance to make your own Sidecar using Hennessy Cognac while learning all about proper shaking techniques, how to make an orange twist, the cocktail’s history, and what Cognac is. After the class, we will have a Q&A session where you will be able to ask your instructor any questions about the cocktail, various modifications, or other drinks!
