This large park has lots to offer. With a splash pad, playground, edible forest, disc golf course, and large walking path, there is something for everyone. New playground installed 2021 ideal for climbers and spinners. The splash pad is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is a great way to cool off during the summer. The park is a nice safe distance from the street and there's plenty of parking available. Wetherby park brings the country into the city with excellent equipment and amazing opportunities for exercise and play. The newly updated playground features a large variety of climbing, swinging, and exploring options for the 10-and-under crowd. Older kids and adults will enjoy the two and a half basketball courts, the paved loop for running and biking, and the disc golf course. There is a field for soccer, a new (2021) restroom, a good sized pavilion, and a seasonal splash pad! This park is a great stop if you live in town, or just want to stretch your legs when you’re driving through.
