The lasagna, chicken tenders and cauliflower mac n cheese were very tasty and exceeded my expectations. Their garlic rolls remind me of Red Lobsters' biscuits but better. The owner is super nice and helpful with any questions you may have. They also offer meal prep and meal prep classes. Very impressed overall.

I absolutely LOVED this place. My sister and I went here because we needed to eat gluten free, and the owner was the one that helped us! It’s dedicated gluten free - so for those with celiac disease THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO. Mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, chicken legs, CINNAMON BITES, asparagus.. absolutely amazing. If you’re in Iowa city, visit this place!

My husband and I are traveling. We had dinner at Keto Kitchen tonight. The lasagna is delicious! We are eating gluten free food now. This was so tasty, full of flavor and much like the best lasagna we have had in past years. Thank you for a wonderful healthy meal!
