Sugar Bottom Bikes has very friendly and knowledgeable employees. They are great for all types of cyclists, from beginners to experts. They are always willing to listen and spend time with you and your bikes to get you set up the way you want. I also strongly recommend the bike classes they offer occasionally. It was a blast for me, and I actually learned something about maintaining my own bike.

These guys carry a quality inventory, know how to build a solid bike from the frame up, and are extremely customer-experience-centric. Been looking for a bike for a few months and none of the big box stores had any that were worth a hoot. Came through North Liberty from the back roads to get Lake McBride and came across this bike shoppe! Get customer service and very knowledgeable and will not hose you over. Prices are very reasonable for a wide range of people. In house service with good pricing (service menu on wall). We'll stocked too.

Very customer focused, great selection, helped us pick out an excellent bike for my wife. On a different visit, even though the kids bike we were looking for was sold out, they still gave us advice and let my son test ride the bikes they did have. They even provided a reference to a different store in the area that could still have the bike. This customer focus makes us want to come back and shop with them again!
