A good trail that's being loved to death.This used to be a minor trail with light use, but 20 years of development around it has turned it into a heavily used trail. Dirt trails which are cut deeply and tend to erode. In muddy areas parallel trails are now cut. Damaged trail bridge nearly washed out.
