Great selection, helpful staff, very good prices. It's often an issue to find a well staffed big box store. This is especially true with hardware/DIY stores. I've lived in multiple regions of the US and this particular Lowe's really shines above all the others I've visited. Strongly recommended. Even during the pandemic I find this to be true.

Thank you to Rachel from the Coralville, Iowa Lowe's. She was quick to the rescue with advice on setting mouse traps! FYI peanut butter works best! Definitely recommend the pest control section at this Lowe's location. Great products, and even better employees! Self checkout was fast and easy, and the customer service associates, Courtney and Amanda, assisted in making a duplicate receipt for me to keep on file. Thanks, Lowe's!

Rigel is the most knowledgeable and personable sales specialist. I have to purchase a range, a cloth washer and a dishwasher. He helps me make the selections and process the paperwork in no time. Also, he makes sure that the dates and times of the delivery work for me. His customer service is exceptional. I will be back and ask for Rigel to help me for my next appliances purchase.
