Clean, spacious spot with a super welcoming atmosphere! Had a nose piercing done by Jerry who is as nice as one can be! He made sure I liked the placement of the piercing and he didn’t rush the process. I was able to get in promptly even though I just walked in, and the guy at the front was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I’ll be coming back again!

I got a tattoo here a few months ago with my friend and while the artist is incredibly talented and professional, and I recommend him for tattoos-- the guy that runs the front end is the opposite of helpful and friendly, and for being the first person you interact with-- it's off-putting. Reading other reviews this is the biggest complaint that anyone has and for the owners I'd recommend taking action on this. The same friend I went with a few months ago and I want more tattoos so I emailed them just like I did over the summer to book. Timely response saying to come in to book an appointment. So we did, only to be rudely told to email what we want and to book, which could've been explained in the first email and saved us our time and much confusion. As much as I'd love to get more work done by Jerry, in the meantime I'll be going to another artist, somewhere that is handled more professionally.

Today I got an Angel Kiss piercing done. It went great! Jerry was very knowledgeable and reassuring. It was fast and painless.

Piercing prices can be steep but it's 100% worth it, because Jerry knows what he's doing. Tattoo prices can be expensive too but the artwork is phenomenal. You REALLY get what you pay for! 10/10 I'll always go here! Jerry is super kind and welcoming, if youre a first timer I would definitely go here!!
