Jordan was incredibly helpful and seemed to have our best interest in mind when we told him what we were looking for. They have options for college students as well as families looking for something tasteful that will last. There is tons of customization options and the handmade mattresses are above and beyond anything you can get from a factory. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a variable piece of furniture.

I have been SO excited to make this review! My husband and I were concerned about getting furniture down into our basement due to a tight corner and thought a futon would be nice. Low and behold, four minutes from our condo is a futon place! We come in and are warmly greeted by Jordan. The store itself is full of art work and plants which is the perfect environment to try out the different futon mattresses and see how the frames work. Jordan listened to our wants and needs the entire process and thoroughly explained features and benefits of each item. We went with the mattress that they make in store and the darker stained wooden frame (one pictured) and couldn’t be happier. They brought it to our place and set it up for FREE and it took not even 15 minutes. I 10/10 recommended going here if you are looking for a futon no matter what your price point is. The entire experience exceeded my expectations! We were in the market for a new futon, and happened to drive by so we stopped in. Jordan was very friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He custom made our futon mattress and mattress cover with material that we got to choose out of a large selection. He got it done very quickly, and delivered it right to our home all within one week! My husband and I are thrilled with out how it turned out. Excellent quality, and even better customer service. The fact that we were able to support a local business was the cherry on top. Would recommend The Futon Shop to anyone looking to get a new futon!
