Not as fresh-tasting as the name would suggest. The meats taste cheap, but the food is decent enough. At least they've got good horchata!

I stopped in on the way home from Thanksgiving and thought it was pretty good! The ingredients were all fresh and they passed the tortilla right in front of me when I ordered. The al pastor was great and I got a huge burrito. No complaints and would definitely eat here again if I'm going through Iowa City.

I did enjoy this chicken burrito. They were respectful, laid back, friendly and accommodating. They did a half and half grilled and shredded chicken mix for my burrito so I could try both flavors and textures. Hot salsas are on point. Highly recommend this place and look forward to stopping by here more often. Good job guys!!!

The food was very good, but extremely expensive. We had a steak burrito, chicken quesadilla, Mexican potatoes + 2 margaritas and our total was $55. This did not include free chips and salsa like you traditionally get at a Mexican restaurant, and you had to order at a counter and we're giving your food in a bag. The margaritas were fairly strong, but they were in 16 oz mason jars that were more than 3/4 full of ice. Because of the prices, it is highly unlikely that we will be back.
