I've lived in my fair share of apartments and this one has been the best experience thus far. From the incredible value of my two bedroom apartment, to the fantastic location, to the easy to reach personnel, they do a wonderful job. I was always able to reach someone when needed (even after hours one time). I had to leave before my lease expired and they did their utmost to help me find someone to take over my spot. With quick success mind you. Such a fan of this place and the only downside is that now I'm going to compare my future apartments, and their employees, to this one. I expect it will be difficult for any location to measure up. Thanks for having me.

This is such a great place to live. I lived here for one year & strongly recommend this place . It’s at a very good location , heart of Iowa city . Staff are Very friendly & very professional.24/7 maintenance available and very quick response to any issues . Great value for money .

This is such a great place to live! I lived there for 5 years and have several friends who have lived there at some point. The apartments are functional and sensibly sized, and the neighborhood feels safe and friendly - lots of small families and grad students. The staff is very friendly but also organized and professional, and any service/maintenance requests get taken care of within 24 hours. In terms of what you get for what you pay, this is one of the best options in the Iowa City area!
