This hour long Spring Equinox yoga practice has been designed to encapsulate the excitement and anticipation that comes with the arrival of spring. All levels welcomed! This approachable practice will leave you feeling energized and will help you create a sense of balance and stability. The class will be instructed by Zaria Rochester, owner of Introspection Yoga, which is based out of Iowa City.

After yoga, reboot with a private brunch in our event space. The menu includes your choice of Mushroom/Cheddar or Bacon/Cheddar Quiche, yogurt parfait, donuts, unlimited hot drinks and one mimosa or Wilson’s hard cider. There is also an option to add bottomless mimosas for only $15!

This event will be held at our event space in the lower level of Wilson’s Ciderhouse on Saturday, March 18. Yoga starts at 10, followed by brunch at 11:15. When you arrive for the event, just give your name at the check in table. See you there!
