Learn how to create cocktails that even the most anti-gin drinker can crush!

Join our Training and Education Manager Andrew Goggil and Events Manager Jessica Kloida along with our Bar Manager Syd George in a deep dive of all things Clearheart Gin. From some traditional recipes to innovative libations made up by the Cedar Ridge crew, you’ll learn how to create delicious cocktails, and might have you questioning everything you’ve ever thought about this spirit.

During this class, you’ll learn about three cocktails. Cedar Ridge staff will show you how to make two, and then will send you home with one to enjoy!

Start off the night with a classic; the Tom Collins cocktail. Andrew will teach participants about the history of gin, as they mix up this simple, yet flavorful drink together. Next, you’ll shake things up with Jessica as she demonstrates how to make her herbal, yet approachable Cucumber Mint Martini creation. Finally, participants will be sent home with a cocktail to enjoy— another Cedar Ridge brainchild: Gin.
