Mission in the Rain is a project from Midwestern Grateful Dead cover band Winterland. They play the music of Jerry Garcia’s solo projects (including Jerry Garcia Band, Garcia/Saunders, Garcia/Wales, Legion of Mary) with an original and improvisational approach that pays homage to the immense creative spirit of Jerry Garcia. Mission in the Rain is a fun, funky, and soulful band with a rock n’ roll heart.
