This is a great introduction to wirework. Two skills are learned and practiced—making a closed wrapped loop and making this loop into another closed loop. This set of skills allows you to make secure earrings, pendants, and chains. You will make earrings from Czech pressed glass, stone, fresh water pearls, and Swarovski crystals. No previous experience is necessary.
This class serves as the pre-requisite for many Beadology Iowa classes.
Registration is through Kirkwood Community College. Register at:
kirkwood.edu On site registrations will be taken if registration through Kirkwood meets minimum requirements of two participants. Instructor: Karen Kubby.
