The first week of May is a special time for the University of Iowa Department of Theatre Arts as we mount our annual Iowa New Play Festival (NPF). The 2022 Iowa New Play Festival will be presented in the Theatre Building again this year and will include four full productions and daily readings.

General Admission: $5.00
UI Students (with valid ID): Free
Tickets for productions are also available in the Theatre Building Lobby one hour prior to showtime, on an as-available basis, unless the production is sold out.
Readings:
Free for everyone.
All Iowa New Play Festival readings are free and open to the public, but you must obtain a ticket. Tickets for readings are also available at the door 30 minutes prior to showtime, on an as-available basis, unless the production is sold out.
Students must show a valid University ID and will only receive one free ticket per show.
