Join us for an evening of true crime presented by Sarah Cailean as she examines glitter, glamour, and real-life ghouls. Serial killers and starlets, infamous cases and obscure, all the stories that prove true crime is stranger than fiction — plus some of the murders you never knew were the true stories behind your favorite scary movies!
Sarah Cailean is a former police officer and detective who’s now an independent consultant for cold case homicides and disappearances, specializing in cases involving serial predators. She serves as a crime correspondent for HLN, contributes to numerous true crime podcasts, and produces documentaries about cases she is investigating. In addition to her current work with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, Sarah hosts a series of true crime lecture events all over the country.
Sarah works and researches with the legendary first-generation profilers of the FBI, has presented at conventions and spoken on panels with John Douglas, Paul Holes, Amanda Knox, and many others.
Doors open at 5:00pm and the lecture kicks off at 6:00pm. This event will conclude around 10:00pm.
