Join our restaurant manager, Jess Marallo, and learn the rich history and craft behind creating the classic cocktail, the Old Fashioned. This cocktail includes a local favorite, Cedar Ridge bourbon. All class participants will be able to see a detailed demonstration of how to make the cocktail, as well as stirring and fruit peeling techniques. Each participant will get to make one Old Fashioned to sip on and enjoy paired hors d’oeuvres while you work. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a recipe card to take home and continue your skills.
