Intention jars are filled with objects that correspond with a certain purpose. When you need a little pick-me-up, just look at, hold, or shake your jar to release some positive energy. Create a “stress relief” jar for your desk at work, a “self-love” jar for when you’re needing a little confidence boost, or even a “creativity” jar for your art space. The possibilities are endless!

Basic materials will be provided for you, but feel free to bring your own special objects to place inside your jar (coins, crystals, etc). Must be small enough to fit through jar opening*.
