Very welcoming. It was an unusual day, the day the derecho storm hit Iowa. I was still allowed in (none of knew how bad the storm was going to be). Johanna was very welcoming and started to explain the policy I had come for. Then the lights went out. That didn't stop Johanna. She pulled out her phone for light and kept going, answering my questions. She has since followed up several email questions, always very helpful.
