Downward Dog is a wonderful, welcoming yoga studio with amazing instructors and chill friendly yogis! The owner is really committed to keeping everyone safe and only requires that individuals who have not been vaccinated wear masks, which as a private business is legal. It’s a great community and great place to do yoga—as well as all the other classes. Come on in and join us!

I have been going to Downward Dog for several years. This is also my happy place. The staff is amazing, the space is amazing, and the yoga community is always welcoming. A class complete always ends with a smile! And need an amazing massage, Hannah is your gal!! The owner has gone above and beyond this year to provide the safest yoga experience with the ever changing guidelines with all things related to Covid.
