Customer service is everything! When we checked in on 3/27 in the evening, the gentleman working was amazing! Walked us to our room and everything. I will say that the mirrors in the room could have used a little extra cleaning, but it was comfortable and clean.

Had an absolute amazing stay. Husband has hip surgery so came up the day before. While he was extremely nervous Kent the one working the front desk helped keep his mind off of the nerves making a very fun stay. He was very professional and genuine. This man needs a raise and I'd be disappointed if he doesn't get it. He went above and beyond. Hotel was very clean and homey. Will be staying again in the future.

I initially found this place quite impressive for a budget hotel but I did unfortunately discover some things that tend to be all too common in some budget hotels but don’t need to be. I think it all comes down to attention to detail, which in this case was lacking. Pros: the hallway smelled and looked great (this was not the case in the last Quality Inn I stayed at). The rooms were spacious and nice-looking at first glance. Hotel staff was gracious. Cons: when I pulled the blanket back on my bed to climb in, I noticed there was quite a bit of body hair in the sheets. I only noticed a little initially but as I looked closer I saw it was everywhere. The night clerk was apologetic and gracious enough to honor my request for a room change. The bed in the new room was much better, but there was sticky stuff on the desk surface, the privacy tab, and the bathroom floor. The TV didn’t work (I tried changing inputs and all of that), the tub stopper was broken, and there was what appeared to be a couple pieces of lettuce stuck high on the walls in the corner. Yes, you read that correctly. I can’t envision any way lettuce could end up on the wall short of a food fight, but there it was. Lastly, breakfast was very subpar, again due to lack of attention to basic detail. For instance, there was no grid conditioner out and, as a result, the area immediately surrounding the griddle looked like a battleground of fallen waffles. I added one more to the carnage before I decided to forage for some in the cabinets underneath. Problem easily solved but I shouldn’t be the one solving it. Food was cold and poorly stocked at 15 mins to close, the biscuits were so dry and hard they could not be poked by a plastic fork. One more lastly: the lamps and fridge in the room looked like they’d spent time on the bottom of the ocean. Conclusion: all of these issues could be fixed and prevented so easily. Please give that little bit of added attention that will make all the difference. One may think I’m doing this to myself by choosing to stay at a budget hotel but I’ve stayed at plenty that are clean, cozy, and don’t have lettuce on the walls. Thank you.

This is a clean, safe and comfortable budget motel. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, oranges, danishes, toast, yogurt, coffee, tea, 3 juices, and hot cocoa. Vanity greeted us in the morning and the night clerk was friendly as well. We will stay here again!

Everything was great, I really enjoyed my stay. The pool wasn't really cold, it was a little bit heated well heated enough. The only thing that bothered me was the bed, I tossed and turned all night but it stayed nice and hot in the room.
