I was more than pleased with this location. It is more like a 5⭐ hotel at 3⭐ prices. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk was very friendly and I felt from the moment I walked in after driving for 13 hrs that they were expecting me and were glad that I had arrived. This was all before I had even given them my name. This made me feel even if it was just one night, that I was home and they were glad to have me. Thank you!!!

Fantastic stay! Great value! Also had our dogs & the pet fee was a lot lower than everywhere I've came across last couple yrs. Super clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast! Staff super friendly.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast. The bedding was comfortable with individual temperature controls, and a fabulous Manager, Liz Holliday. I came to the hotel specifically so I could get a hotel van ride to Univ. of Iowa Hospitals. The van was broken down. Ms. Holliday personally arranged transportation for me. I observed her to be very attentive to guests, as well. She and her staff really make a difference to guests.
