Great stay. Staff all very friendly. Appearance is remodeled but not complete. This is the reason for the 4 stars. Not the fact of the remodel but rather the unfinished room we were in. It was beautifully appointed but all the closet items were thrown on the floor (iron board, iron, hangers, etc) no shelf and pole. We had new automated blinds but they did not work. They were rolled up and tied to stay. Over all a great place but renovation should be completed before occupancy of rooms. I’m sure when done it will be amazing. Bonus is the great attached restaurant worth a visit.
Such a good experience! The manager was great! We received bottles of wine and chocolate for our anniversary! The associate who checked us in and out was also great. Very funny and personable. Room was big and very clean! Great temperature and water pressure in showers. The pool was nice and warm temperature too. They were in the middle of a remodel so I'm excited to come back and see it when it's done. Breakfast was so good. Best ive had at any hotel Ive stayed at. Can't wait to come back. Really just a wonderful experience. They even agreed to let us check out a bit earlier. Thanks!
This hotel is a breeze to get to, right off the interstate. Also, this Hampton recently underwent a remodel. All the common areas and rooms have been updated with modern decor. Our room was new, clean, and nicely appointed. People constantly complaining on hotel reviews about breakfast options baffles me. I don't stay at hotels for the breakfast and really couldn't care less what they have. Hotel breakfast's are never "free." No matter what they offer it is built into the price of the room. If you want breakfast extravagance you are going to pay for it with higher room prices. I would rather pay a lower room rate and eat a banana. Because this seems to be an issue for people I frequently check out the setup just for curiosity sake. This one seemed really nice and well stocked with multiple hot / cold options and was extremely clean and sanitary. Overall this is one of the nicer Hampton's we have been in.
Front desk very poor customer service checking in and trying to check out. Room nice but had adjoining room and the TV sound was loud from room next door until after midnight. Other room doors slamming waking you up in the morning was terrible. Have some respect for others people! The good thing was the amazing breakfast and the people who kept it stocked! Very helpful and nice!
