Washington St. in downtown Iowa City. The market runs from May through October. We strive to serve all populations by providing access to fresh\, locally produced products. \n\n\n\nWhat to Know before You Visit\nPets – Animals are NOT allowed inside the first level of the parking ramp during the market. But feel free to bring your furry friends to the market to enjoy the park and Washington Street! \nPayment – A variety of payment options are available including cash\, credit/debit cards\, EBT/SNAP (Electronic Benefit Transfer/Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) cards\, and DUFB (Double Up Food Bucks.) Tokens are available for purchase at the Information Table located at the north entrance of the Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp during the market\, see staff for more details. \nParking – During the Farmers Market hours (7:30 a.m. to noon)\, free parking is available in the upper levels of the Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp\, as well as the lot behind the Robert A. When all the parts are played together\, you create an African polyrhythm\, much like a drum orchestra.\nBecause African polyrhythms are broken down into simpler parts\, they are more accessible and easy to learn.
