BBQ & Beer Pairing

On November 4th, come join us for a three-course dinner with hand crafted, in-house BBQ. This fall dinner is not only to show case our smoked meats but also pairing them with the best beers. The goal of this dinner is for our guests to enjoy some good food, good beer, and good company!
Each beer is carefully selected by our head brewer, Luke Jipp, based on his pairing notes to create a perfectly balanced flavor palette for each course.
This 3 course dinner starts with sourdough rolls with apple butter
Course 1: Onion Cheddar Pig Shooters with a side of loaded mash potatoes
Course 2: Smoked Maple Brown Butter Turkey with a side of seasoned green beans, and cranberry sauce.
Course 3: Smoked Pecan Pie
All meat is smoked in house and prepared by our kitchen manager, Natalie.
Tickets are $65 per person and includes server gratuity.
